Shipping & Returns

At Stardrifter, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created with care.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

Estimated delivery within the United States is 6–8 business days from the date your order is placed. During busy periods or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we'll happily arrange a reshipment once the correct address has been confirmed. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@stardrifter.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Orders

All orders include tracking.

If your order appears delayed, please check the tracking information first, as carriers occasionally experience unexpected delays.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll investigate the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbours, your local postal service, or your building's reception before contacting us.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Stardrifter product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
