At Stardrifter, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created with care.

Refunds
We gladly offer refunds or replacements if your item:

Is incorrect due to a fulfilment error (wrong design, size, colour, or product)

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
As each item is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they're placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate the shipment and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
