How long will my order take to arrive?
Every Stardrifter piece is made especially for you after your order is placed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more destinations in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because your order goes into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible if production hasn't started yet.
If you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stardrifter.store, and we'll do our best to help.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we'll gladly resend it once we've confirmed the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
My order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.

What if my package is delayed?
Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays, especially during busy periods.
If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll investigate the issue with the carrier.
How should I care for my Stardrifter apparel?
To keep your artwork looking its best:
